Welcome to the Speak Up page of British School Jakarta (BSJ). At BSJ, we believe in conducting our business with the utmost honesty, integrity, and in alignment with our core values. We hold our officers, employees, and contractors to the highest standards, as outlined in our Code of Conduct and other BSJ policies. To foster a safe and supportive workplace environment, we strongly encourage everyone to Speak Up.

Our Speak Up line serves the following purposes:

• Encourage and enable individuals to Speak Up: If you come across any instance of Potential Misconduct, we encourage you to report it. Our Speak Up line ensures that you can do so confidentially and, if desired, anonymously.

• Provide guidance on Speaking Up: We understand that raising concerns can be challenging, which is why we provide clear instructions on how to Speak Up. We want to make the process as accessible and straightforward as possible.

• Outline the Speak Up processes: Transparency is vital when it comes to addressing Speak Up disclosures, including how reports are received and investigated, where appropriate.
