• What is the Product Wishlist Feature?

  By using the Wishlist feature, you can bookmark products that you wish to purchase at a later time. All the products you add to your wishlist will be stored in a list, which you can take with you to the school shop and buy them offline.

• How do I exchange an item for a different size?

  Merchandise can be exchanged under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.
  • The request for an exchange must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • The customer must provide the original receipt as proof of purchase.

• Can I get a refund?

  The school shop operates on a strict "No Return or Refund" policy. Customers should be informed at the point of purchase that all sales are final and no returns or refunds will be offered.
